Refund Policy

1. One-Time Purchase
All plans on CSTQ.ca are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- Your purchase was made no more than 14 days ago
- You have completed fewer than 2 mock exams
- You have answered fewer than 50 practice questions
If any one of these conditions is not met, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You have completed 2 or more mock exams
- You have answered 50 or more practice questions
- Your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- You did not pass the citizenship test (our service is a study aid and does not guarantee exam results)
4. How to Request a Refund
If you are logged in, you can request a refund directly from your Settings page. Our system will automatically verify your eligibility and process the refund immediately if you qualify.

5. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Once a refund is processed, your access to paid features will be revoked immediately.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to use our refund process before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
If a chargeback is initiated, we will submit evidence of service usage (including login history, questions answered, and exams completed) to the payment processor. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be immediately suspended.
7. Acceptance
By completing a purchase on CSTQ.ca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
