Refund Policy

1. One-Time Purchase

Our paid plan on CSTQ.ca (accessible at cstq.ca, operated from Canada) is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your purchase was made no more than 14 days ago
  • You have completed fewer than 2 mock exams
  • You have answered fewer than 50 practice questions

If any one of these conditions is not met, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You have completed 2 or more mock exams
  • You have answered 50 or more practice questions
  • Your account was terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Your account was suspended due to a payment dispute

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the usage conditions above. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

No partial refunds. If a refund is approved, it is issued for the full amount paid; we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds. Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you are logged in with an active purchase, you can request a refund directly below. Our system will verify your eligibility and process qualifying refunds.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are submitted to Stripe and returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your financial institution; we do not guarantee a specific timeframe. If you have not received the refund after a reasonable period, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Once a refund is processed, your access to paid features is revoked immediately.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to use our refund process or contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.

If a chargeback is initiated, we may need to temporarily restrict account access while we work with the payment processor to resolve the dispute. We will submit evidence of service usage (including login history, questions answered, and exams completed) to the payment processor as part of the dispute resolution process.

7. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on CSTQ.ca, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
